Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and overall cleanliness. The pool facilities, especially the indoor pool, were popular with families and children. However, many guests were disappointed with the breakfast selection, describing it as basic or repetitive, and several mentioned issues with the elevator being out of service during their stay.
