Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests praised the hotel's friendly and helpful service, clean and spacious rooms, and convenient location near Ottawa. The spa was a highlight for many, with several reviewers describing it as amazing and relaxing. Some guests also appreciated the quality of the restaurant and the comfortable beds. However, there were negative comments about the pool and spa access, with extra fees and age restrictions disappointing families. A few reviews mentioned dated facilities and occasional cleanliness issues, but most guests had a positive experience and would recommend the hotel, especially for couples or those seeking a relaxing getaway.

Pros (+) Room was spacious and comfy
Cons (-) Did not feel welcomed. Was given room key with no explanation of my stay, timings for food or facilities also was the same when I left. Was not ask how may stay was. Felt not valued. Maybe because I spoke English.
