Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's prime location near Lake Garda and the city center, as well as the friendly and attentive staff who create a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. Many reviews highlight the quality and variety of the breakfast, describing it as delicious and thoughtfully prepared. However, some guests mention small or outdated rooms, lack of certain amenities like air conditioning control or an elevator, and occasional noise issues. Despite these drawbacks, the positive experiences with service, location, and breakfast stand out and make the hotel highly recommended by most visitors.
