Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near MG Marg and key attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Many also appreciated the friendly and attentive staff, with several reviewers mentioning specific employees who provided excellent service. However, there were notable complaints about cleanliness, with some guests finding rooms and bathrooms not well maintained. Room size was an issue for some, especially in standard rooms, and several reviewers noted that promised amenities were missing or not as described. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness, room size, and amenities.
