Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location near MG Marg, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the city. Some guests appreciated the friendly staff and tasty food, especially the breakfast and kitchen service. However, many reviews point out significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and linens, as well as poor maintenance. Service quality is frequently criticized, with reports of unresponsive or unprofessional staff. The non-functional elevator is a recurring problem, particularly for guests with rooms on higher floors. Amenities often do not meet expectations, with several guests noting missing or broken facilities. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
