Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach, with many enjoying the pool area and beautiful ocean views. However, there are repeated complaints about slow or broken elevators, cleanliness issues in some rooms and public areas, and negative experiences with customer service. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others reported rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Overall, the location and pool are highlights, but service and maintenance need improvement.

Travis, Sept 2024
Rooms are very run down. A lot of basic tlc has been missed over the years. Rooms are barely clean on the surface. Do not look under beds, behind TV, under desks as you will see 10 years of dust and grime. Busted TV, busted door lock, and busted towel holder. Clearly no manager has looked at the rooms in a long time. Pool area and lobby are pretty nice for what it's worth.
