Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the convenient location, beautiful grounds, and pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast and food quality received positive remarks, and several guests found the rooms clean and comfortable. However, there were recurring concerns about cleanliness in some rooms, inconsistent service, noise disturbances, and issues with amenities such as the pool and bathroom facilities. While some staff members were praised for their friendliness, others were noted as unhelpful or unfriendly. Overall, the positives centered on location, breakfast, and the hotel's ambiance, but improvements are needed in service consistency and cleanliness.

Pros (+) Beautiful grounds and golf course. Public areas were well maintained. The staff were nice.
Cons (-) The hotel room was in very poor condition. Peeling paint and wallpaper. Holes in closet ceiling. Old chipped furniture in the room. The bathroom had a broken floor tile and the bath tile was in very poor condition. Overall it was an old tired room in need of renovation and not worth the almost $200 nightly rate.
