Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting dirty rooms, foul smells, pest issues, and poorly maintained facilities. Some reviewers mentioned unhelpful or indifferent staff, though a few found the service accommodating or friendly. The location was generally seen as convenient, close to stores and attractions. While a handful of guests appreciated aspects like air conditioning, price, or peacefulness, the overwhelming sentiment was negative due to hygiene and maintenance problems.
