Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning proximity to events, restaurants, and stores. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, construction dust, and maintenance problems. The breakfast is frequently criticized for being minimal, poorly stocked, or non-existent. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests noting friendly or attentive staff, while others report unhelpful or inattentive service. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel faces challenges with cleanliness, breakfast quality, and consistent service.

Pros (+) Great breakfast!
Cons (-) We got our reservation through Kayak, and it was prepaid. Ramada Inn also charged credit card. This was supposed to be worked out by now, but it is still on the credit card.
