Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight severe cleanliness problems, including reports of bugs, roaches, mold, dirty linens, and general lack of maintenance. Many guests also complained about uncomfortable beds, broken or malfunctioning TVs, and high noise levels, especially at night. The location was mentioned as convenient by some, but this did not compensate for the negative experiences. Overall, the hotel failed to meet basic expectations for comfort and hygiene, with only a few neutral comments about its accessibility or price.
