Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the station, friendly and helpful staff, and good value for the price. Many appreciated the amenities such as free coffee, night snacks, and useful toiletries. However, some reviews mention the hotel's age, cleanliness issues like mold, and outdated facilities, though these did not overshadow the overall positive experience for most visitors.

Pros (+) The hotel is older but very well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable. It's a really good stay for the price. The front desk staff speaks enough English to get by. Some of the night staff does not, but they were very accommodating using Google translate. Great experience.
Cons (-) The bed is a little hard and there is no air conditioning, but the staff gave us a key to open the window. Parking was about 500 yen and a block down the street.
