Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's stunning views of Mt. Fuji, with many mentioning that waking up to the mountain was a highlight of their stay. The staff was frequently described as friendly and helpful, often assisting with luggage due to the lack of an elevator. Many found the rooms to be clean, quiet, and comfortable, and appreciated the convenient location near shops and the station. However, several guests noted the absence of an elevator as a drawback, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Overall, the hotel was seen as offering good value for the price, with a welcoming atmosphere and memorable scenery.
