Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many praised the convenient location and the friendly, helpful staff, especially at the front desk and restaurant. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, including unpleasant odors and lack of maintenance in rooms and bathrooms. Service was inconsistent, with some guests experiencing rude or inattentive staff and slow responses, while others found the staff accommodating and professional. Value for price was also a concern for some, who felt the experience did not match the cost. Overall, the hotel’s location and some positive staff interactions stood out, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service consistency.
