Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to shopping and dining options. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, mold, roaches, and poorly maintained facilities. Service was frequently described as unhelpful or inattentive, with some guests experiencing problems at check-in, unresponsive staff, or difficulties obtaining fresh towels and linens.
