Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's central location, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and public transport. Many mention the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, especially the beds. However, some guests found the value for money questionable, noted issues with noise, lack of air conditioning, and limited parking. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects, particularly the location and service, stand out in the reviews.
