Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several reviews mentioning exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location is appreciated for its convenience, and many guests feel the property offers good value for the price. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with multiple reports of poor housekeeping, pests, and outdated facilities. Noise from other guests and the surrounding area is also mentioned as a negative. Overall, while service and value stand out positively, cleanliness and noise issues detract from the experience.
