Pros (+) The night staff, Diane, was what made my stay. She was professional, friendly, welcoming and everything you could want in customer service. I will be returning home just because of the treatment she gave me!
Cons (-) The only negative was the original room we were in made a horrible noise but it was rectified and we were moved to a different room
