Summary of reviews

Guests say

Overall, guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. The location is frequently praised for its convenience, especially for travelers passing through or needing access to the highway or public transport. Some guests appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of certain rooms, as well as the value for price in a few cases. However, many reviews mention significant issues with service, including unresponsive or unfriendly staff, problems with check-in, and lack of support during emergencies. Cleanliness was also a concern in several reviews, with reports of dirty rooms and common areas. Bed comfort and room size received neutral feedback, with some finding them adequate and others less satisfied. Overall, while the location and occasional positive staff interactions were highlights, service and cleanliness issues were recurring problems.
