Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful, convenient location and lush surroundings. The restaurant and dinners were frequently highlighted as excellent, with many guests enjoying the quality and variety of meals. Bed comfort and room quality also received positive remarks. However, several reviews noted disappointing service, especially in the restaurant and during emergencies, and breakfast often fell short of expectations. While the atmosphere and setting were appreciated, some felt the hotel did not meet five-star standards, particularly regarding service and value for price.
