Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's scenic and convenient location, as well as the good value for money, with several mentioning spacious rooms and beautiful views. However, there were repeated complaints about service issues, including poor communication, inefficient check-in, and unresolved problems with amenities such as hot water and housekeeping. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few guests encountered lapses. Overall, while the setting and price were appreciated, improvements in service and maintenance are needed.
