Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to key attractions and public transport. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service, including unresponsive or absent staff, broken promises, and lack of support during check-in or with problems. Cleanliness is also a recurring issue, with several guests encountering unclean rooms, lack of housekeeping, and maintenance problems. The elevator is often reported as out of order, causing inconvenience, especially for those with rooms on higher floors. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and facilities.
