Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Cleanliness is frequently praised, with many noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast selection and quality also receive positive remarks. However, service experiences are mixed: while some staff are described as helpful and attentive, others report issues with customer service, especially at reception and with management flexibility. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, especially for location, cleanliness, and breakfast.
