Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the border and local attractions, as well as the quality of the breakfast and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several guests felt that the hotel was overpriced for the quality offered, and there were recurring complaints about cleanliness, including reports of insects, mold, and maintenance issues. Some guests also noted ongoing renovations and noise, which affected their comfort. Despite these drawbacks, positive comments about service and breakfast were frequent.
