Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay, citing severe cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, stained linens, unpleasant odors, and the presence of roaches. Many reviewers also reported poor customer service, unhelpful front desk staff, and difficulties with booking or cancellations. Noise from the surrounding area and within the hotel was another common complaint. Only a few guests mentioned positive aspects like security or proximity to stores, but overall, the negative experiences far outweighed any positives.
