The floor under the AC was sunken in. The microwave would beep for no reason due to a faulty connection to the electrical outlet. The bathtub finishing was peeling up. And it was very loud in the room, I could hear a door open and people talking from the other end of the hallway as if I were standing right there next to it due to the echo down the tiled hallway. Lobby area okay but rooms are badly in need of an update. Everything is cracked, stained, spotted, dark and depressing.

Pros (+) The room was nice and clean
Cons (-) The shuttle only runs from 6am to 11pm. Needed to use Uber for my ride to the airport for my 5:45 am flight. I selected this hotel for its free airport shuttle and was disappointed in the extra expense of Uber

Pros (+) Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Rich in particular was very helpful to us and others I saw him interacting with.
Cons (-) Shuttle did not start until 6 am. We had a 7 am flight which required a rental car.

Cons (-) Room is bad and looks like Motel 6. Mattress is the kind of mattress you throw away-outlived its usefulness. You're better off staying somewhere else

Robert, Apr 2017
Pros (+) Can'n say enough about two employees at the Baymont Inn & Suites. On multiple days Ed gave us helpful information on how to avoid traffic and see a must see of the Edison and Ford Museum which we would of skipped and was not on our trip plan. Breakfast was super every morning and hot and Ed also recommended an Italian restaurant that was very reasonable and very good. "Pizza & Pub" A lot better th...
Cons (-) WiFi did not work The one room maid that was cleaning our room did not speak English and did not understand our gestures, but she was friendly.
