Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's prime location near the beach and local attractions, as well as some friendly staff and comfortable rooms. However, many reviews cited issues with poor service, overcrowded or closed pools, and cleanliness problems in rooms and public areas. Several guests were also dissatisfied with unexpected fees and outdated facilities. Overall, while the location is a highlight, service and amenities need improvement.

Certainly not a five-star resort; would ...

Cons (-) Loud club music at the pool. Couldn’t even hear each other over lunch. They bring in a DJ at 12pm and it’s not just happy or sexy music. It’s just as if you were at a club. If you want to relax, do it before 12pm on weekends.

Cons (-) It was sold out, and even though I had a guaranteed prepaid room, they had sold it cuz I was ‘late’ arriving! never stay here again! Unethical losers!
