Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the friendly and helpful staff as well as the included breakfast, which many found enjoyable. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous complaints about dirty rooms, pests, and unpleasant odors. Noise issues, such as loud air conditioning, barking dogs, and slamming doors, also detracted from the experience for several guests. While the location and service received some positive mentions, the overall impression was negatively impacted by maintenance and hygiene issues.
