Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many noting its proximity to restaurants, the beach, and local attractions. Comfortable beds and room cleanliness were also highlighted as positives by several reviewers. However, there were frequent complaints about limited and expensive parking, poor service, cleanliness issues in some areas, and confusion due to the hotel's name change. Some guests also mentioned that the hotel did not match the advertised photos and described the environment as run down or unpleasant. Despite these drawbacks, the value for price and some amenities like the pool and kitchen facilities were appreciated by a few guests.
