Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its affordable rates and decent value, especially for budget travelers. However, many reviews cited significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty linens, bugs, and unpleasant odors. Service was also a major concern, with multiple complaints about rude or unprofessional staff and management. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and the amenities adequate for the price, the overall experience was often marred by poor customer service and housekeeping standards.
