Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's friendly and professional staff, convenient location near attractions, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many reviews highlight the cleanliness of rooms and public spaces, though some mention occasional lapses. While the service is generally praised, there are repeated complaints about small room and bathroom sizes, as well as issues with amenities like the spa being closed without prior notice. Overall, the positive atmosphere, good food, and strategic location make for a pleasant stay, despite some shortcomings in room comfort and certain facilities.
