Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access key attractions and amenities. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which helped offset some of the hotel's shortcomings. However, several reviews mentioned significant noise issues, especially from nearby bars and busy streets, which affected sleep quality. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some guests finding rooms and bathrooms spotless, while others reported issues like dirty floors and outdated facilities.
