Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's stunning location with panoramic views over Florence, attentive and friendly staff, and delicious breakfast often enjoyed on a scenic terrace. The shuttle service to the city center was appreciated, as was the overall comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. Some guests noted the pool is small, and a few mentioned issues with room size or noise, but these were minor compared to the many positive experiences. The Michelin-starred restaurant and convenient parking were also highlighted as standout features.

Pros (+) Great view. Staff was very nice and the 2 people working breakfast were great. Would happily stay there again!
Cons (-) A little out of the way and had to take buses to get to city center where the hotel did not sell bus passes. Bar was not open the 3 nights we were there and it is hard to get to other places from the hotel at night.
