The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests highlighted the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Some noted the spaciousness of the accommodations. However, a recurring drawback mentioned was the lack of an elevator, which made access challenging, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns.
