Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to the beach, shops, and public transport. The staff received high marks for being friendly, professional, and attentive, with several guests highlighting specific employees who made their stay memorable. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with multiple reviews citing issues such as outdated bathrooms, mold, and general lack of maintenance. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it limited or just acceptable. Bed comfort was also a common complaint, with several guests finding the mattresses too hard or the pillows needing renewal. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness and comfort are needed.
