Pros (+) Having central air and heating was amazing instead of just having a fan on the wall. The bathroom was clean and amazing.

Pros (+) Clean, hot showers, new mattresses
Cons (-) Got too hot in room due to thermostat not going down lower than a certain degree. Either hot or off. As it was snowing outside we did appreciate walking into a warm room. Simply turned heater off at night till it got too cold in room.
