Overall, guests were very pleased with the hotel's convenient location, friendly and professional staff, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, especially the beds. Many appreciated the amenities like the pool and gym, as well as the attached restaurant. Pros (+) The only thing I can think of is that the Northern Pines restaurant is connected to the hotel so we didn't have to go far. The restaurant was very good!! The staff was also nice
Cons (-) Where do I start!! The pictures made it look like it had an update to it but it hadn't!! The beds were ok but the pillows sucked!! The bathroom definitely needed an update, it looked as if I was staying in a hotel from a really bad movie. The patio that it had seemed a little unsafe but luckily it was cold so we didn't use that!! The last thing was the indoor pool was under construction and we did...
