Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's unique and beautiful island location, describing it as romantic, exclusive, and perfect for relaxation or outdoor activities. Many highlight the friendly, helpful, and professional staff, with several mentioning excellent service at reception and throughout the property. The breakfast is frequently described as varied and delicious, with some noting special touches like sparkling wine and fresh fruit. Amenities such as sauna, water sports, and boat transfers are appreciated, though a few guests mention dated facilities, lack of air conditioning, or noise from events. Cleanliness and well-maintained grounds are also noted positively.
