Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, often noting its proximity to beaches, promenades, or tourist attractions. However, the majority of reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as infrequent housekeeping. Service is also a frequent concern, with many guests describing unhelpful or inattentive staff and poor handling of complaints. Breakfast and food quality receive mixed feedback, with some finding the selection limited or repetitive. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service to meet guest expectations.
