Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently criticized the hotel for poor service, unclean rooms, and unhelpful or rude staff, with several mentioning issues at check-in or with management. Cleanliness was a major concern, with reports of dirty bedding, floors, and bathrooms. The pool area received negative feedback due to being cold, dirty, or out of order. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near freeways, malls, and restaurants. A few reviews mentioned comfortable beds and good value, but these were outweighed by the negative experiences.
