Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently report serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, mold, bug droppings, and unpleasant odors. Service is frequently described as rude or unhelpful, with multiple complaints about staff attitude and lack of responsiveness. Breakfast quality is generally poor, with limited options and unappetizing food. The pool and water slides are a highlight for some, though there are maintenance and safety concerns. The hotel's location is considered convenient by several guests, but overall, the negative aspects outweigh the positives for most reviewers.

Wonderful
Dugan, Feb 2019
Pros (+) I like the price and talking 'hockey' with bartender who is there each time I'm there. Legitimate food, reasonably priced onsite is appreciated. Can get a cold beer and play some blackjack at the cozy casino in the bar.
Cons (-) The bright lighting in the bar/restaurant is way too bright. Hotel must give really good deals to contractors, and attracts rough looking workers covered in tats and over drinking in the bar. That doesn't bother me, but I'm sure makes some diehard business travelers uncomfortable.

Pros (+) Staff was acomidading when I got to my room and found there was a water leak in the bathroom in the room above, there is a small resturaunt/bar attached which was great since I was there for a concert.
Cons (-) Breakfast was terrible, it was the same rubbery eggs and over cooked sausage both days.

Pros (+) Quiet, easy access, spacious rooms
Cons (-) Beds were terrible - I'm not a picky person, but you could hear the springs when you sat on the bed.
