Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, unhelpful or slow service, and a consistently disappointing breakfast experience. Many reviews mention dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues throughout the hotel. However, some guests did appreciate the convenient location and found the beds to be comfortable. A few positive remarks were made about the pool and friendly staff, but these were rare. Overall, the negative aspects far outweighed the positives for most reviewers.
