Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and some found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as reports of pests. Opinions on breakfast were mixed, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking in variety or quality. Bed comfort and room maintenance were also common concerns, with several guests mentioning worn-out furnishings and uncomfortable beds. Overall, while the location and occasional positive service stood out, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and upkeep.
