In the summer, the idyllic lakeside cottage awaits you for relaxation, swimming, and unwinding. The lakeside cottage, with a dock, direct access to the lake, and a sunbathing area, is about 500 metres away and easily accessible on foot. It is open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. On-site fees: • General Terms and Conditions: Your apartment/room will be available no later than 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the apartment/room is available until 11:00 a.m. Of course, you can use our beach until 7:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Cancellation Policy: The deadline for free cancellation depends on the rate plan booked. Cancellable Rates: Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If a guest cancels within 14 days of arrival, they will be charged 50% of the total price. In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged the full price of the reservation. Non-cancellable rates: Room rates that are non-refundable are less expensive than rates with greater flexibility. In the event of a cancellation at any time, the guest will be charged the full amount of the total price. 100% cancellation fee. We have strict policies regarding non-refundable rates and generally do not allow changes or cancellations. In cases of force majeure, please contact us directly. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. In all other respects, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions (ÖHVB 2006) apply. Local tax: In May and June, as well as from September 11 onward, the tax is €1.95 per person aged 17 and older per night. In July, August, and until September 11, the tax is €2.10 per person aged 17 and older per night. Children and teenagers up to age 17 are exempt. Pets are welcome. We charge €10 per night (excluding food) per pet. Parking is free and cannot be reserved. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
