Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime lakeside location and the quality and variety of its breakfast. Many appreciated the unique, quirky atmosphere and the friendly staff. However, several guests were disappointed by the small, cluttered rooms and found the service, especially from management, lacking or even unpleasant at times. Noise issues, lack of air conditioning, and the absence of an elevator were also commonly mentioned negatives. Overall, the hotel's charm and setting were highlights, but comfort and service could be improved.
