Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests expressed strong dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, stained linens, unpleasant odors, and issues with pests. Many also complained about poor maintenance, broken amenities, and a general sense of neglect throughout the property. While a few guests mentioned friendly staff or comfortable beds, these positives were overshadowed by the overwhelming negative feedback regarding hygiene and value for money. Some guests also felt unsafe or encountered disturbances during their stay. Overall, the hotel failed to meet the expectations of most reviewers, with cleanliness and upkeep being the primary concerns.

We ended up staying elsewhere after a couple hours there; it was easier than trying to get moved to a different room that pro...
