Pros (+) Location is excellent
Cons (-) The hotel is dated. The carpet in our room had red stains all over it and the bathroom is looking pretty run down.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly anytime I interacted with a team member there. Room was clean and up to date. Would definitely come back.
Cons (-) Only downside was the parking. No where around the area you could park overnight other than valet or the parking garage which was $17. They should offer a discount if you’re staying at the hotel.

Pros (+) We were here for a wedding, and we had missed booking our room for the block but the staff worked to get us into the same floor as the rest of the wedding party which we much appreciated.
Cons (-) We had an all access bathroom, which was fine, except that the floor was cracking and some of the grout was falling out of the seams making showering a little uncomfortable. The shower area was also very narrow making it hard for my husband to shower comfortably.

Two decent restaurants on site, very friendly and helpful staff always available, comfortable beds, very clean and great location in the heart of a nice retail district, very close to Northwestern University and the train station for going into Chicago. A great alternative to staying in downtown Chicago for half the price i...

It wasn't important to us and we knew what to expect having read reviews, but I really have never seen such a small sink in a hotel bathroom. It was hard to wash my face! Still, we would stay there again. All of t...
