Pros (+) It was all terrible. We left after 5 minutes after realizing how bad it was. Room was cold, thin walls, huge gap underneath door, pee on the toilet, overall feeling of discomfort walking in the front door. Nothing like the pictures listed online.
Cons (-) Everything. Time to tear it down and build a new one.
