Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. However, many reviews report serious cleanliness issues, particularly bed bugs and other insects, which significantly impacted their stay. Several guests also mention uncomfortable beds, poor service, and confusion during check-in or with staff responsiveness. Some reviews highlight small or outdated rooms.
