Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is convenient for city access, clinics, and parks. Many find the value for price to be good, especially for short stays. However, reviews are mixed on cleanliness and service, with some guests reporting unfriendly staff, communication issues, and inconsistent presence at reception. Room size is often described as small, and several guests mention maintenance issues and lack of air conditioning. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and affordability, but could improve on comfort and service.
