Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Some guests noted that their rooms were clean and the pricing was fair for a budget hotel. However, there were frequent complaints about the lack of breakfast options, room cleanliness issues in some cases, and problems with service such as virtual check-in difficulties and unhelpful staff. Several reviews also mentioned small or uncomfortable rooms, thin walls, and maintenance problems. Overall, while the location and value were appreciated, improvements are needed in amenities, cleanliness, and service.
